2.1 Internet Account and Access. LOSCH shall provide to Client a user name, e-mail address and link through LOSCH's dial-up Internet server. It is LOSCH's policy to prohibit the modification of a user name or e-mail address of Client, EXCEPT within seven (7) days of initial contract. Client shall be permitted unlimited Internet usage, and shall be limited to five megabytes or hard disk space for e-mail storage on LOSCH's server. LOSCH shall also provide to Client a unique password, chosen by the client. Client is solely responsible for the security and proper use of the password, and must take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential, secure, used properly and not disclosed to unauthorized people. Client shall immediately notify LOSCH, if there is any reason to believe that the password has become known to someone not authorized to use it.

2.2 Client Agrees to Abide by LOSCH Operating Policies. Client agrees that is shall abide by LOSCH operating policies, which may be amended from time to time at LOSCH's sole discretion, and Client agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and provide a defense for LOSCH against any claims arising from Client's failure to follow these guidelines.

2.2.1. Client agrees not to pose or transmit any message anonymously or under a false name.

2.2.2 Client agrees not to post or transmit any message which is libelous, defamatory or which discloses private or personal matters concerning any person.

2.2.3 Client agrees not to post or transmit any message, data image or program which is illegal, indecent, obscene or pornographic.

2.2.4 Client agrees not to post or transmit any message, data, image, or program that would violate the Intellectual Property Rights of others.

2.2.5 Client agrees not to interfere with use of the Internet by any other LOSCH clients or other users.

2.2.6 Client agrees not to post or transmit any file which contains virii, worms, "Trojan horses" or any other destructive features, regardless whether damage is intended or unintended by the Client.

2.2.7 Client agrees not to post or transmit any message, which is harmful, threatening, abusive or hateful.

2.2.8 Client agrees that its use of LOSCH's Internet access services is for education or amusement purposes only, and that Client shall not use this service for commercial purposes. Client agrees not to post or transmit any advertising, promotional materials or any other solicitation for goods or services, except in those areas of the Internet that are designated for such purposes, such as marketplace bulletin boards or classified advertisement sections of Web Sites.

2.2.9 Client agrees not to post or list articles that are off-topic, according to the description of the newsgroup.

2.2.10 Client agrees not to list or send unsolicited mass e-mailings to more than 25 e-mail users, if such unsolicited e-mailings provoke complaints from the recipients.

2.2.11 Client agrees that it shall be solely responsible for providing its own connection to LOSCH via a telecommunications service, and that it shall be solely responsible for providing a suitable computer, modem and other hardware or communications equipment necessary to access LOSCH. Client also agrees that, if it accesses LOSCH through a LAN or WAN, it shall be solely responsible for providing, maintaining and supporting a network and IP router that interface satisfactorily with LOSCH.

2.2.12 Client agrees that its account shall be used solely by Client. Regardless whether Client has actual control over the acts of third parties, Client agrees that it has the last clear chance to avoid usage by third parties, and Client indemnifies and holds LOSCH harmless for their usage.
